With WheelLog, you can generate a wheel report that provides a visual and customer-friendly overview of a wheelset’s condition. The report makes it easy to document tire wear and clearly communicate the condition of the wheels to the customer.

The first page of the report provides a complete overview of all four wheels. It includes vehicle information, scan date, and the minimum tread depth for each tire, allowing you to quickly assess the overall condition of the wheelset.

 If the workshop uses a wheel scanner integrated with WheelLog, the report is automatically expanded with additional pages. These pages include detailed tread measurements for each tire, images of the wheels, and indicators for issues such as uneven wear or potential rim damage.

The result is a professional and easy-to-understand report that makes it simple for both the workshop and the customer to evaluate the condition of the tires.
